Malcolm is Craigielea Care Home Manager, with 14 years of management experience behind him. He has been a qualified Registered General Nurse for 17 years, and has worked in NHS and health and social care for 30 years.

Sarah Johnson, Deputy Care Home Manager

Sarah joined the team in January 2019 and was quickly promoted to Deputy Home Manager the following year. Sarah has been qualified for 5 years and has experience in both NHS and private sector, and is a registered mental health nurse.

Lindsay Turner, Activity coordinator

Lindsay has worked for the company just over a year, commencing as a care assistant. Now working as an activity coordinator from May 2021. Lindsay has four years’ experience within health and social care.

Kimberley Metters, Service Support Manager

Worked for the company for 3 years, started on weekend care then moved to full time activities. I recently started my new role as Support Service Manager in May.

Jessica Michael

I have worked for the company for over 5 years on the hotel side as the Front of House Manager for one of the Newcastle Hotels and recently transferred over to Craigielea in April this year.

Hugh Watkins, Maintenance

I’ve been working at Craigielea for 29 years, started in 1992 as domestic for 3 years then moved to maintenances. Love my role, to keep Craigielea well maintained as best as I can.
