My name is Sarah Johnson. I am a qualified Mental Health Nurse, I qualified in 2015. I have had experience in various different settings throughout the years. Prior to this I was a carer and worked both in the community and in residential/nursing homes. I joined Craigielea in Jan 2019 and was quickly promoted to deputy manager in June 2020. I was again promoted to Home Manager in Dec 2023.

My name is Sarah Hoey, I started Craigielea in 2002 as a care assistant. I have progressed my career in the company from senior carer to nurse assistant then Deputy manager. As deputy manager my role is to support the homes manager to ensure high quality of care to the residents.
Edgar Chingalembe, Clinical Lead
My name is Edgar T Chingalembe, I have been a qualified registered general nurse since 2016. Before coming to Craigielea I was a surgical nurse. I joined Craigielea in 2023 and was promoted to clinical lead in 2025. As a nurse I strive to provide person centered care whilst making sure the residents get the best possible care.
